This boat presents in good condition for age, and has the essentials - main, jib, & spinnaker, pop-top, large boom awning, 6hp Johnson outboard and a registered single axle trailer.  The Investigator is an ideal introduction to Trailer Yachting.  They have a 45% ballast ratio and built-in floatation for added safety.  Perhaps the best features are the interior volume & pop-top for headroom and ventilation.  Winches are not required for headsails or the spinnaker.  The ballast is contained in the skeg, thus no winches are required to raise & lower the centreboard - it is handled easily with a simple pulley.  The centreboard is completely housed within the skeg, so there is no intrusive centreboard case in the interior.
